Furniture provided: Bed, desk/table and chair, drawers, closet space for each resident. In some cases there is a wardrobe in place of an inset closet. Beds are either queen or king sized beds, indicated in room assignment notes.

- Central air conditioning (not activated during anticipated cold weather),
- Each student will receive upon arrival a linen package, which includes: (2) pillows, (2) pillowcases, (2) flat sheets and (1) fleece blanket. Please note, towels are not provided.
- Each student will receive upon arrival a spring semester MBTA pass
- A small Refrigerator; microfriges are not allowed.
