Congratulations to Lauren Richter, whose 2017 paper “Constructing insignificance: critical race perspectives on institutional failure in environmental justice communities,” published in Environmental Sociology has won the Association for Environmental Studies and Sciences student paper competition. Lauren will receive her award at the AESS conference in Washington, DC, June 20-23.
