Faculty Innovations in Diversity and Academic Excellence Grant Program
Offering grants for faculty to advance academic priorities related to diversity and inclusion.
Foundation Year
A nationally recognized program that serves Boston students most of whom are first-generation and students of color.
Global Citizenship Project (GCP)
Participants visit sacred sites in the Boston area, enjoy international cuisine, and learn about different religious, spiritual and faith traditions from the communities who practice them.
Global Experience Office
Students participate in global experiences across the world gaining exposure to a multitude of diverse cultural perspectives.
Institute of Health Equity and Social Justice Research
Focused on preventing and reducing health disparities associated with race, gender, neighborhood, immigration status, sexual orientation, and other stigmatized or marginalized statuses.

Conducting nationally recognized research and providing leadership on race and justice issues.
John D. O’Bryant African American Institute
Through programs, resources, services and activities the Institute fosters a nurturing, supportive and welcoming environment focused on students of African origin.
LaCLA Scholarship
Established in 1993 by a group of Latino/a students at Northeastern, as a way to increase the retention of Latino/a students at the university.
Latinx Student Cultural Center (LSCC)
Empowering Latino/a leaders of tomorrow in an increasingly global environment through their academic, personal and professional development.
Lead360
Exploring identity and leadership through signature series programs.
LGBTQA Resource Center
The information hub for all that is LGBTQA on Northeastern's campuses.
LGBTQA+ Affinity Group
Hosting regular professional development events, informal social gatherings, and working group meetings to discuss issues affecting the campus community.
Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation
Particular emphasis is placed on transforming undergraduate STEM education in support of racial and ethnic groups historically underrepresented in STEM disciplines.
Lowell Institute School
Supporting degree-completion in STEM for underserved populations to help them take the next step in their career.
Lower Roxbury Black History Project
A collection of oral histories and artifacts documenting the Lower Roxbury community’s rich cultural history, and includes the stories of more than 40 residents and includes audio, video, edited and unedited transcripts, and photographs.
Martin Luther King Graduate Fellowship Program
A John D. O'Bryant African-American Institute supported graduate scholarship.
Memorandums of Understanding
Memorandum of Understanding works across various international universities, Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Hispanic-Serving Institutions, Minority-Serving Institutions and Tribal Colleges.
Middle East Center
