Melissa has spent the past 20 years balancing service and a career focused on building the capacity of people and organizations to deliver on organizational strategy and mission, improving programs, processes, and systems. Most of her work has been with large global non-profit organizations and institutions of higher education. Melissa recently completed her doctorate in Organizational Leadership Studies at Northeastern while working full-time for The Nature Conservancy as a Senior Manager of Learning. Register here.
