This program augments a worksite’s existing safety programs, it does not replace them.
In order to run the entire program, the program involves purchasing posters for program visibility and providing a desirable reward at the end of each successful evaluation cycle. However, on the Individual Components page (hotlink) you will find that the program can even be run without any program visibility or reward. The program costs as much or as little as you would like to put into it. See the cost estimate table Program Budget tab for a more detailed breakdown.

This program is designed to be run independently by your Safety Manager, much like the existing safety inspections that are done on your site. While we can not provide on-site assistance, please feel free to contact us with any questions about the program.

While we are still analyzing our data from the research, the preliminary qualitative results show that running the program positively influences attitudes toward safety and improves teambuilding. this program has received a lot of positive feedback from the workers, foremen and management on all of our research sites.
