Join us as we welcome Steven McGonagle, Professor of Practice in Engineering Leadership, Lieutenant Colonel US Army (retired).Colonel Mac held numerous leadership positions in his 23-year Army career, including a Deputy Director of Operations, US Pacific Command. A graduate of Norwich University and Florida Tech and a US Army Ranger, he served as Professor of Military Science at Providence College and Director of Operations at King Industries.

In this seminar, he will address the audience about developing a sound leadership framework, describe the different components of leadership, talk about what enables a leader to influence others and generally describe what are good leader behaviors and what do good leaders have as a foundation. As always, refreshment shall be provided.
