FBD E-Board Fall 2018
Director Katerie Boursiqot
Katerie is currently in her fourth year pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Architecture with a minor in Graphic and Information Design. She loves design because it is about helping people and solving problems. Architecture and FBD are both built from these principles. When not in studio, she loves watercolors and walking around aimlessly.
Co-Project Manager Nebai Hernandez-Carmona
Nebai is a 3rd year Architectural Studies major pursuing a minor in Urban Studies with a great love for hammocks and hot springs. She is from Medellin, Colombia and New England is her second home but she’ll constantly complain about the cold wind in Boston. She is looking forward to being on the inside of FBD and getting to know a better cross-section of the Architecture School!
Co-Project Manager Jazmin Cabrera
Jazmin is a fourth year student pursuing a Bachelors of Science Degree in Architecture. She has an interest in rendering software and 3D modeling. When not at studio, she is painting or looking for the motivation to go to the gym.
Outreach Coordinator Dominic Malacaman
Dominic Malacaman is a second year Landscape Architecture student at Northeastern University. His interests within the field come from his experiences from his hometowns of Manila, Philippines and Buffalo, NY. Dominic’s interests also include the relationships between a community and their urban environment and the social impacts of design. He has taken architectural history and studio courses at Northeastern, as well as architecture and urban theory and freehand drawing courses in Italy.
Fundraising and Development Manager Adrian Ramon
Adrian is a sophomore from Rockland County, NY. He’s majoring in Architecture and pursuing a minor in Urban Landscape Studies. Adrian is very excited to be working with Freedom By Design on architecture outside the classroom and in the community. During the meager hours spent outside of studio Adrian’s other pursuits include drawing, reading, and enjoying Boston.
Historian and Public Relations Manager Cristina Rodero
Aspiring architect from Mexico full of passion towards the study of architecture. Working towards being a leader who speaks for a more sustainable future in architecture.
