Growing up, I have always aspired to be a Civil Rights Advocate and a Political Leader. For this reason, I am currently enrolled in the MPA program which is tailored around the public sector and prepares individuals like myself to serve as managers, executives, and policy analysts in the executive arm of local, state, and the federal government. Before attending Northeastern University, I received my Associates in Arts Degree with a concentration in Paralegal Studies from Palm Beach State College and a Bachelor in Sociology/Women’s Studies/Political Science from Florida Atlantic University. Currently, I serve as a Graduate Assistant at Northeastern University, the Secretary of the Graduate Student of Color Collective, a motivational speaker, and volunteers at non-profit organizations that emphasize youth empowerment and development. In the long term, I hope to pursue a Ph.D., run for Congress, and give back to my community. My hobbies include mountain biking, dancing, hiking, traveling, playing sports, swimming, and reading.
