Navigating Racial Microaggressions in the Workplace

Microaggressions are the everyday verbal, nonverbal and environmental slights, snubs or insults, whether intentional or unintentional which communicate hostile or negative messages to certain people based solely upon their marginalized group membership. This event will address racial microaggressions, particularly in the workplace, and how to navigate them as a student and professional; and what to do when you experience them.
