Jdoaai Presents Ujima, Legacy, & MLK Fellows Reunion Luncheon

The Ujima (Project, Scholars, Global Leaders) Program grew out of a pre-freshman orientation program established in 1969.The Legacy Mentoring and Leadership Program was established in 1995 to support first year students as they transition into college life.The Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Graduate Fellowship program was established in the 80s to encourage students of the African Diaspora pursue excellence in leadership and graduate education.Northeastern Ujima, Legacy and MLK alumni and current students are invited to a special welcome back reunion lunch at the John D. O’Bryant African American Institute. This will be an opportunity for Project Ujima, Ujima Scholars and Ujima Global Leaders Alumni, the Legacy Mentoring and Leadership Program Alumni and the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Graduate Fellows Program Alumni of the John D. O’Bryant African American Institute to return to the place they built a foundation over the last 50 years, meet with current students and discuss how their experience with Ujima, Legacy and the MLK Fellowship Programs impacted their future success.

Registration is required.
