Initiatives

Northeastern's ADVANCE site for Institutional Transformation focuses on (1) the recruitment of faculty and the promotion of hiring practices such as NU STRIDE that broaden the applicant pool; (2) the advancement of faculty by promoting programs that help faculty expand and use their professional networks effectively; and (3) the engagement of university leadership in the institutional transformation.
